For CNC 6040, CNC 6090, Mini 5 Axis CNC router: wood,plastic,aluminum,cooper,iron,brass,stainless ateel etc.
Q2: What is spindle power ? What is the working power ? (in Watt or in Hertz ?)
A2: For CNC 3040: 230W ,in Watt
For CNC 6040,CNC 6090 and desktop 5 Axis cnc : 1500W and 2200W, in Watt
Q3: What kind of motor of your mini cnc machine use?
A3: Stepper motor

A4: It's about 75W

Q9:Can I produce very tricky designs ? Only 2D ? 2.5D ? 3D ?
A9:You can produce 2D, 3D.
Q10:Which kind of router drive system ? (rack and pinion ? lead screw ? ball screw ?)
A10: ChinaCNCzone uses ball screw, with highest precision.

It's 0.05mm
Q13. Does your mini CNC router machine have christcross-row ?
No they don't have it.
Q14. What is the operating system ?
Operating software is Mach 3 and USB software.
Mach 3 supports XP system, and USB software supports Win 7.
Q15. Is the system automatic or adjustable ?
First ,you need to set up the software system, then it can work automaticly.
Q16. Do we have to purchase another program ? (CAD/CAM)
Yes you need to prepare other program like CAD /CAM
We only provide software Mach 3 or USB software.
Q17. Can it work with another program ?
Our machine can works with MACH 3,and USB software.
Q18. Do you provide training for learning the machine ? The software ?
We'll provide you videos, they can help you how to assemble, how to set up software, how to engrave etc.
Q19. Does it have a 3D laser scanner ? Can we had one afterward ?
Sorry, we don't provide 3 D scanner, Customers need to buy it elsewhere.
Q20. Which kind of spindles can we use ? Are spindles included ?
Yes spindles are included, CNC 3040 is DC spindle, other models are water cooled spindle.
Q21. What kind of router bits do we get with the machine ? (quality?)
We'll send you common plain bits, if you have special demand for router bits, you need to pay extra fees.
Q22. How long last and what is included in the warranty ?
Warranty is 2 years,will send you spare parts for free under warranty, usually we'll send them by post.
Q23. After how many working hours should we change tools ? And which ones ?
you don't need to change tool unless it's broken.
For soft materials , use flat bits,hard materias use drill bits.
Q24. What tools are included with the mini cnc machine?
